Coordinating Multi-Disciplinary Reports
ECA co-ordinates multi-disciplinary teams of occupational physicians, registered psychologists and rehabilitation counsellors to assess earning capacity.

Our Team
The ECA team has many years of combined experience across a range of industries and fields.
Paul commenced practice as a solicitor in 1994.
He practised with a major national firm across a range of personal injury lines including CTP, Workers Compensation and Civil Liability, as well in Professional Indemnity.
He moved to a national commercial litigation firm where he undertook major D&O litigation on behalf of Insurers. He was a committee member of APIG for a number of years.
Paul is the Chief Executive Officer of Expert Experts and Earning Capacity Assessments.
Anne Smith
Chief Audit OfficerAnne was a school and TAFE teacher and ran her own education business before joining Expert Experts and ECA over 10 years ago. She is responsible for internal auditing across all areas of the business operations.
Veda Vinjamur
Case OfficerHaving worked at United India Insurance for nearly a decade in a range of roles and ultimately specialising in the underwriting of Fire and Miscellaneous Insurance, Veda joined Expert Experts in early 2017 and is now responsible for a broad range of referrals across our Earning Capacity Assessments and Expert Experts operations.
