Description
Vocational assessments are a speciality of ECA and involve an experienced vocational consultant reviewing documentary material, including reports of experts in the assessment of physical and psychological capacity for work
In most cases the vocational consultant will also interview the subject of the assessment either in person or by telephone or video-link.
The vocational consultant will then carefully consider all of the vocationally relevant information about the subject of the assessment, and any specific requirements of the client or the purpose for which the assessment will be used, to identify suitable work options for the subject of the assessment.
In most cases labour market investigation assessment reports will also be prepared to provide you with labour market information about the work options identified as suitable.
If you would like a current assessment of physical capacity for work and/or psychological capacity for work to be completed as part of the vocational assessment we recommend ordering one of our integrated earning capacity assessments that include physical and/or psychological assessments of the capacity to work.
